Well there are actually 2 prospects, granted one is a better choice due to his experience, but the second could do the job too. He isnt a headhunter and will work with you. The 3rd person is NO choice, no experience, no personality and no idea of how to supervise people in a proper manner.

Add the fact of just an all around better supervisor to work for also. He has helped me a few times. I cannot get behind the other guy, he would be a good neighbor just not a leader.
