Looking for info on the SPD. Have been in Law Enforcement for 16 years. 7 with the Department of Corrections and 9 with a Central Florida Sheriffs Dept. in a small County. A family memeber used to be a Lt. with Hendry County Ems and pointed me this way. I know people that dont know any better get on here and preach and i have read alot of crap, but trust me, it is all over in every agency so i have a hard time believing any of it. Just some basic facts could help me out if someone dosent mind please... Who is the contact person for any hiring and possibly a phone number? Are any position available at this time, i heard their is 3? Does the Tribe offer any compensation for experience? Health benifits? Starting Salary?

Well "eric" let the Hog tell ya something, It doesnt matter what you have done or what your exp is, I came from another agency and guess what, i dont agree with what you say,second when people come here, they are going to work, None of this,, "Well when i was with the county" I did this and did that, and then when you get here, you collect space, guess what not happening. Second instead of readign all the "crap" that is on here, why dont you use some "police" skill and do some research or the web sites for the tribe instead of being here. To me it would be easier to google SPD then come here, DERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

No i cant say so, people around here are earning their keep. I will say this, things are better now than they ever been, sometimes we might not see it, doesn't mean its not there. But all of this is not important, what is important is this. The ones who are truly unhappy and disgruntled are that way because they chose to be, IF the bar is raised, we should accept the challenge.
