Trying to find out if MDPD has reserve Police Officers. Also does anyone know any worthwhile cities in Miami Dade that have reserves. I would like to get certified and "park" the certification while i decide in a new career

The best Dept for reserve program is BSO they give you a take home car and pay you for your time.

Try Virginia Gardens PD
Also FHP has a great Auxiliary program. But an Auxiliary has no arrest powers
but you can still carry a weapon and drive a patrol car. Just not a take home
car.
