The reasons that morale is in the dump at TIA.
The chief has already showed who he prefers as next supervisor, as evidenced by his weekend golfing trips with KK.
They have a Sgt. working who was arrested for DUI 8 months ago who has gotten a free ride, and people are saying nothing will happen with it.
There are supervisor that are untruthful, indecisive, and bad mouth their officers.
