does anyone have any idea where all these county bound officers went? i know there were plenty of posts of officers saying this place sucks and they are all leaving. i haven't seen anyone leave. what happened to all these officers did they get rejected, or just talking a big game with no action.

Why are you so worried about them? Maybe they realized that they are part of the next generation of nmb cops and in 10 years while your falling asleep at the guard gate we'll be running this agency the way it should have been ran. So just sit back and move to tennessee with the rest of the sh!t talkers while we clean up your mess.

So why don't you get involved now, Youngblood!! Only a couple people go to union meetings and those are usually people who are working. That goes for everyone. All these people talk smack, but do nothing. We need to start getting together now and show support, negotiations start soon! Stand up for something instead of anonymous posts...........
