Chief Ralph "Psycho" Hernandez

Jesus-Christ, Ralph Hernandez is a complte moron.......He has ruined the North Miami Beach Police Department. We are currently sending out surveys for our officers to fill out to determine if Ralph is truly liked, like he thinks he is, or is truly hated across the board. This guy is a psycho. The road sergeants & DB sergeants have filed a law suit that the city will have to pay (approx $500,000) because of Ralph's brilliant ideas. And now I hear that there are several females that are constantly offended by this a$$hole for always touching and harassing them. Couldnt you guys have warned us about this jerk. Our officers now hate to come to work because they cant stand this chief. Morale has never been this low in 20 years. He is only looking out for himself and his new contract in January. North Miami Beach is in big trouble if Ralph gets a new contract.

Why do you think we were so glad to get rid of him?

The guys looks amazing on paper, and has lots of great credentials. If you look at his past, he never stays at one place for more than 2-3 years. So lucky for you guys, he will be leaving soon. Crazy to think this guy taught ETHICS at the academy.......hahahahaha

Boston PD did the same thing to us (ie: fibbed about how "wonderful" he is) when they shipped him down to FL... think of it as a never-ending "pay it forward" campaign ;)

This Hernandez start his LEO career with the Dade County Public Safety Dept. in the 70's?
