Not sure what Lt. S. has done this time, but why in the he11 does the city keep Lewis on the department?
Has he filled the commison with so much BS that they love the fertilizing he gives them?

Noticed that the last couple of grow house bust in the city of been done by the SSO. Don't see where the NPPD is mentioned anywhere in either the arrest or the initial investigation.

So is it the idea that a good supervisor is one who let's another department do the work instead?
Can not imagine KS ever passing up a chance to have his name appear in a media story.

LCSO Deputies Bray and Bonsall are especially relieved to know they have meet the approval of Lewis.
They are also grateful that the NPPD did not issue them a UTC for 316.183 during the pursuit.
