If an applicant has to have his mom call in and ask for information about being a SLEO.. that is a clue..
If an applicant has to call and ask for an application because they have not figured out how to use the internet and download one...there's a clue... waste of money mailing them out when they can go to the public library and download it if they do not own a pc.
Why the FWC recruiters baby new applicants.. well, enough said. you get what you recruit...if you baby them, then they expect it. And, we're seeing it in the field...
