Now taking Certified officers only??

So I heard from someone who went up to Tall and took all the exams, that he received a letter about a week after from MCCO and they said:

Thanks but no thanks we are broke so we are only taking certified officers only.

Is this true?

Yes it is true. I was in the process and had to submit some more paper work, and they told me not to mail it in, they are doing only certified now. This was about 2 months ago.

Not because they are broke, they only have 4 positions statewide left, they have a full house. Just the facts man.

Doubt it. Gov. Christ is not for it, other stuff to worry about. Cost is waaaaaaaaay to high to outfit with new uniforms and firearms and training. The savings does not out weigh the cost in the long run. :cop:
