It is my hope that who ever is picked that he see the real problems and not swallow the line of BS that has been cast out for the previous director to swallow and reeel him in hookline and stinker.

It would be ignorant to think we have no problems. No agency is perfect. Just look at ___________________ PD.

There is talent here and we are a good group who are anxious to succeed. New management should listen to and seek out knowledgeable staff. Or they can do what new management usually does. Get the HATCHET OUT. HA--- HA -----HA -----HA -------HA :mrgreen:

Of course there are problems with any agency, I was just curious what they might be. Perhaps management reads the posts and would respond. Again, what are the problems?
