CONVICT GOING THROUGH OUR MAIL

There is a convict living in my neighborhood with an ankle bracelet that has supposedly been seen by a couple of residents going through people's mailboxes while they are at work....what can I do if the local PD wont do anything about it? We have already told the locals and they say they cant do anything about it. PLEASE HELP!!

Call the Postal INSPECTORS (Postal POLICE protect postal property, not investigate mail crimes)

Call the local police...they actually know how to investigate "real" crimes!
