After listening to this I really think the call takers did a good job. I would of asked the same questions. Granted maybe they should of been doing it a little quicker. When you have some screaming into your ear like that you cannot understand them like you can on a recorded playback. Yes she did give a intersection but officers don't just appear out of thin air. She never gave a direction of travel and she did mention the PD station but never said she was going there until she said she was already there.

At least at the agency I work at there is no sworn personnel at the station except for brass and if officers are turning in a report which is not very often anymore because everything is electronic

Her best bet would of prob to stay on the road where she doesn't need to stop.
