why are there rookie officers getting take home cars before senior officers ?? i do not understand this. why are there rookies training rookies ?? yeah that's real productive for the FTO program. imagine having to ride with Hannah montana (you and woodboy are the two most scared officers in the department). how can someone like eric get in as many jam ups as he does, not get in trouble and then others get fired/run off for not things like driving to fast ??if you respond to an officer down call and refuse to get out of your vehicle (hannah and woodcarver) then you should be fired. PERIOD. the different color patrol vehicles look real nice while on calls with the 1980 top lights. i guess if your down with "click" then you do not get the equipment you NEED. it is no wonder morale and things will never change at fmpd. F (favoritism) M (manipulation) P (pompousness) D (disgrace) !!!!!!

Eric G in SIG. Makes sense, any longer on the road and he might of got fired or had the admin change the rules again for cops to make life harder because he has anger issues.
