On Wed, 09/03's Board Workshop:
Description
The Human Resources Workshop will provide the Board with an overview of the performance metrics utilized by the Division of Human Resources in monitoring the quality of services to schools and departments. The presentation will focus on HR's top priorities: Attraction and Retention of Talent, Building a Customer Service Culture and Process Excellence & Efficiency.
Gee whiz, let's think deeply on this
1. Don't freeze positions for two years
2. Don't freeze pay for two years
3. Don't make people run emergency calls in private vehicles
4. How about offering benefits that our competitiors have (i.e tuition aid, comp time,
bereavement leave)
5. Maybe we should offer the cops a Glades Supplement like the rest of the school staff
