View Full Version : A REAL POLICE DEPARTMENT

All of you brown clowns piss me off. Quit *****ing all the time. Your only "rough" area is northside and thats not even as bad as our triangle. You guys need to follow around some of our cops and learn how to be REAL COPS.

Most of your cops would crap themseleves if put in situations like our guys deal with everyday. We can handle a extreme situation with 2-3 cops while you guys need 10 to do the same job. Sad

08-28-2008, 12:52 AM
Wow, are you seriously talking shit to us? Are you fuking kidding me?!?!?!?! Are you from the same department that the county was considering taking over, but backed out because they didn't want to hire your corrupt officers?? How is it that a department of your size, which is not even in the top 8 largest pd's in the county, be in competition with the county and the City of Miami to have the most corruption?? And since northside is supposedly the county's only tough spot, why is that intracoastal units started a chase that ended up in your Holy city, and asked one of Opa-Locka's finest to assist in setting up a perimeter, and he fuked it up and the subjects got away?? The county units that work northside, intracoastal(area 2 & 3), and Cutler Ridge earn their fuking pay. Don't come post that negative comments and try to bring our morale down to your agency's level. We're pretty damn happy where we are. Are you??????

I dont work for the county, but let me just say that youre part of the problem. People like you cause and fuel bad relationships between agencies. There are great cops that work for the county and great cops that work for city PDs. You are no better just because you work for a certain agency. You need to grow the hell up.

08-28-2008, 02:25 AM
Everyone knows that our cops are some of the best in the County. That cop who set that box was a rookie. Don't fault our entrire dept because of a rooks mistake. Metro has many good cops too as does the city. I agree with the original poster. You guys botch and complain about everything. We have half of the resources that you clowns have and you dont see us whining and crying. Every triangle cop that leaves to go to a larger dept always excels very quickly.

We need to improve our relationship when working with each other. Every time the county comes into our city, its nothing but negative atmosphere. Tired of it

08-28-2008, 03:07 AM
Then QUIT..............

08-28-2008, 03:16 AM
actually kinda impressed with that dept. with the few officers that they have they managed to lock that crime ridden city down. I kmow many opalocka cops and none of them are dirty. they get a bad name. keep up the good work guys

People PLEASE!!!!! Your grammer & spelling is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Both agencies have issues. Stop trying to sound good and be ghetto at the same time!!!!

You brown clowns wouldn't survive a day in the shoes of an opa-locka PO.

That's why retired brown clowns Tubbs and Julian stay in the chief's office and seldom come out, unless accompanied by an armed escort?

08-30-2008, 04:24 AM
Keep telling yourself that you are a cop. Metro covers the whole county and it has many areas up north and down south that have nothing but garbage in it. If talking nonsense makes your inferiority complex go away for a second then have at it. Stay safe out there buddy.

I never realized this til now but Opa-Locka is the only PD we don't get along or associate with. Except when our TNT rips through their city. LMAO

10-03-2008, 01:08 AM
The comments posted by some of you just reflect the ignorance and the mindset of officers that we have now-a-days. I remember the days of loyalty, honor, and brotherhood that came with the uniform. I have known a few of the officers in OPD and have seen the problems the city has dealt them, corruption has come because of the politics of the city mayor, commissioner, etc. & now a ACTIVIST, who is attempting to run that department and the first time I catch him running a priority in the county, I will have him arrested for the use of police lights by a civilian. Well, that is another issue!

It would be nice for them to have the support from their fellow officers within the county, like it had in the past. The problems they have can only be changed from within. The mayor needs to allow a Police Chief to do his job, set operating standards, and allow the officers to do their jobs. Stop hiring unqualified officers who have been fired or allowed to resign prior to completion of internal investigation. Recruit individuals and send them to the academy who can become productive officers, increase retention by improving pay and benefits, and awarding the good officers they have. They need our support and backing, just like if one of our guys happened to go into their city we would expect them to support us.

Well last i heard Cracka-Locka doesn't even go in the triangle because they're too scared to. And when something has to be done there, MDPD does it.

Wow! WTF is that!?!? It's real sad when a county cop talks shit about another department and can't even write a complete sentence!!!! It's sad when that has become the standard in this once great department.

Rookie your so full of sh?t your a biohazard zone set for EPA clean up. The county and the City of Miami have 4-5 triangle areas in their jurisdiction. I won't bother to name them for you kid, cause you will never be close to them in OPA LOCKA. The people your young mouth is trashing, are the ones who will run a 3-15 to save your life. IF THEY DON"T REALIZE IT'S THE ROOKIE A-HOLE WHO WROTE THIS. Triangle is a walk in the park chump. God I am glad you do not provide my police service. Northside bad? LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What the hell is wrong with you people…your cops, act like them! Is it really that big of a deal where you work, who works more, or harder please, let me know why you would think that you are better then another department or an officer outside of your agency. Are you not the same? Your here to do a job..oh and ya, I would imagine that going home to your love one's is more important then talking all this shit about who’s better. What are you, in pre-school.. Grow up don't forget you do what you do becuase you’re the best dam officers out there on your job. Really wasting your time talking about another department just make any officer or department look bad.. Look at it this way at least your not a security garud barely making ends meet.. So stop and remember “YOUR THE REASON PEOPLE SLEEP AT NIGHT”, and even when your dealing with all of the shit of the world some one if not many are praying for your safe return home!

Please tell me this isn't actually a PO who wrote this.

If this poster is an officer, my condolonces go out to his Sergeant, because I couldn't read this without gagging, let alone an entire report.

As for this entire topic, I will say this: I work for the State, so I've had plenty of opportunity to work with agencies over several counties. Some agencies are better than others, but only administratively. When it comes to doing a good job, it is about the officers/detectives who are out there. I've had issues with Opa-Locka, MDPD, Miami, BSO, MCSO, Hallandale...hell, just about every agency, including mine. Why? Because one or two officers were too busy playing cops instead of being cops. What that means is that the issues I've had have been with particular people, not the actual agencies.

Opa-Locka, MDPD, Miami, BSO, MCSO, and Hallandale (and many more) all have their good people, and I'll work with them any time. Belive me, I've worked with some very good officers in all of those departments. If I come across a "slug", I'll just avoid that one person, but in the end, I will never fault the entire agency for it; I'll just dismiss the one person, and hope he improves over time.

A good cop is going to be a good cop no matter where he/she works. It may be a crappy department in a crappy area with a lot of corruption above, but the good cop will always be known for being exactly that. We took the oath for a reason, and we should all stick to it and be proud of it. We are brothers and sisters on the job. Forget uniforms, forget patches, forget badges...I am not represented by those things, I represent the JOB. Yes, we may work for different people, but we all serve the same public. While we may recognize who belongs what jurisdiction, the criminals don't care.

Stay Safe

You sound like a two bit, low rent, paper pushing panzee!

And you sound like one of the worthless slugs I'd dismiss. You don't know me, where I've been, where I've worked, or what I've done on the job. While you could say the same to me, your narrow minded comment is uncalled for, and completely unsupported.

Your comment depicts precisely the attitude that some MDPD personnel carry with them, leading other agencies to dislike you. Fortunate for me, I know and have worked with better officers than you.

Your ignorance preceeds you.

11-20-2009, 04:46 PM
Heck, you want corruption?

The department with the most corruption and the best at hiding it is the Village of Key Biscayne Police Department.

Theve had officers get busted by County Officers having sex in the patrol cars, Lt's and detectives watching porn on the city computers, downgrading of crime reports, falsification of a legal document regarding firearms thought to have been destroyed actually never were cause a former deputy chief had one strapped to his belt after it was to have been destroyed.

A detective's life is threatened by the same detective watching animal porn and falsifying the legal documents...he makes a complaint and they send him to a shrink to get evaluated!

Then they placed a tracking device on a long time officer's patrol vehicle and then fired him on trumped up allegations after he blew the whistle on all these corruptions!

How's that for corruption?

Monroe County Please tell us a little more about this "Big Mouth chick who drops F bombs". Has she won those law suits? I heard she received a pretty hefty settlement from Opa-Locka, and North Miami. If she is truly the problem why was she paid? You all better hope she don't come after you, or she may be the Supreme Commander of Golden Beach. LOL

Your a sick puppy.

Ladies and gentleman..

We who are in Law Enforcement should know that politics exists in every department and we all have some type or form of corruption. Just that some departments are better or maybe bigger to sweep their dirty under a rug. No one can deny that we all have problems and things can always be better in this choosen field of ours.

With that said I do agree and disagree with certain comments here. A lot of mdpd officers are known to be arrogant, which is nothing bad when you are doing your job and are very proud of where you work. The problem is when you are arrogant with fellow officers from other departments. Truth is mdpd has it very good in all areas of the job. From the area they patrol to administration backing them up the majority of the time. Remember at the end of the day this is business and politics so no administration will back you up 100% of the time.

The opa locka officer is right. Officers from Mdpd along with other agencies do not know how it is to work with 2-3 officers and very limited to basically no resources what so ever. Departments like opa locka can't take too long on a call and have to be very quick and accurate because calls are holding 2 and 3's maybe coming out. The majority of the time 2-3 officers are enough to shut down large crowds of 50 plus people, saddly despite of officer safety that's all they have. As to where other departments call k-9 and aviation and 10 more officers to shut down the same type of crowd. Certain officers from mdpd over at the hammocks district take over 30 minutes on a loud party call and the sgt does not even bother them or tries to raise them on why you would take so long on a simple 34. Which as to small agencies would have to wrap up a burglary in about 15 minutes report and case card issued lol! And not to mention mdpd has to call a detective for almost about every damn call they handle. So obviously an officer from opa locka might be more efficient or maybe not. It all depends on that single officer and in the given situation.

No one is better than the other though. At the end of the day I would put my life at risk next to any of you, knowing that I might not return home to my own family. And that's because this is like a second family. Please understand that. We can all disagree and we all know that we have some good officers as well as some horrible ones. At the end we all have to come together. Just like the comments above, whenever a 315 goes out I don't care who is asking for it or from where I just make sure I get there, and I would hope the same in return. Hell, even if I see an officer on a 19 and I'm with my family or doing anything at all, usually slow down and quickly check if they are ok. Regardless of the department.

Stay safe!!!!!

Why is it that cities that receive service from Fire Rescue don't want to have their own fire departments, yet want their own police departments? HMMMM, Maybe because fire rescue is doing their job well and handling their business.
MDPD needs to get their sh!t together!

Hey metro shut your ol school dirty ass up. Why do you act tough on the internet? Go drink your coffee in your county and let REAL police officers do real police work.
