View Full Version : NO MERGER WITH AG!!!

08-10-2008, 04:18 AM
No we are not merging with AG!!! Why would we want do that??? They don't even have take home cars and have to stay at the station, they aren't mobile. So hopefully everyone will read this and stop asking. Be thankful, if we merge with anyone it will be a real agency like FHP but hopefully that won't happen either. :!:

There was never any move to bring DOT to AG, first they don't want us and second you will be sent to FHP this year.

08-15-2008, 10:30 PM
We don't want those goons with us anyway. We are better off.

08-15-2008, 11:17 PM
DOT and AG are on the opposite end of the scale from each other. Never merge.
DOT has to actually go out and do some work. AG just shows up and reads the paper.
DOT works a regular work week, AG works 14 days a month.
Oh, did I mention they make the same money.

Except for the take home car, which they will get when DOC starts handing them out to their officers, AG really is soppin up the gravey. They just might have the best thing going. I might consider them when I retire.

You guys at DOT better worry about being merged with FHP where you might actually have to work instead of running your mouths and working 8 to 5's weekends off. That is if FHP would have you losers. As for AG, thats a tough job, no take homes, no glamour just hard work but they always back our department up when we need them while DOT is at home in bed. If it was not for them especially on midnight shift us deputies would have no backup.

Hey Deputy there are many good people working for MCC, I take offense to your comment about calling them losers. I work for FHP and our local MCC officers are always helping us out.

You can not help it with some people that just don't have the facts and have an I.Q. of an eggplant.

I can understand about the profanity, but if it's factual, I think personal slams are justified. If it's factual.

AG has $hitty job but important, two AG officers were killed in the line of duty so it is also dangerous as all police work is. Some agencies are fortunate to have more than others. I am a trooper and work with them daily, they are good and bad officers like all agencies have. Dieselcop is a $hit stirrer who is critical of everything, go work for Wal-Mart.

Pardon me, but you've obviously mistaken me for someone who gives a damn. Why are you on this forum, if you are a trooper? If you don't like, don't read it.

Dieselcop, don't listen to that. I bet he is not a trooper and is just some disgruntled AG cop. What would they need backup for? To count veggies??? I understand their job is 95% regulatory but don't knock DOT because we are real law enforcement.

Actually, I think our forum is very tame compared to FHP. Anyway, everyone has a 1st Amendment right to say whatever they want, whether good or bad. Yup, I have issues, but I still go out and do my job and then some. These so-called LEO's can say whatever they want.

Dieselcop,
Please read the terms of use. We received a complaint about a post concerning the Col of AG. It was reviewed and found to violate the terms of use. It was not a factual statement, but a general one that was only meant for slandering the Col. If the poster had actual facts that substantiated his claims, he should have posted them.
As for the second deleted posts, it too was reviewed and violated the terms of use because it was profane.
I try and be lenient and side the poster if possible, but this site is not going to become like the FHP board where there is just profanity and slandering being thrown around all the time.
As far as your 1st Amendment Rights, please remember that this is a privately owned and operated website and you agree to obide by the terms of use. I have listed the two terms of use that were violated for your review. Thanks for your cooperation.

"You agree that you will not submit Messages to Forums that:
* improperly assume or claim the identity, characteristics, or qualifications of another person;
* are unlawful, threatening, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, or indecent, including any communication that constitutes (or encourages conduct that would constitute) a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates any local, state, national, or international law"

Well, based on my previous comment, we are in agreement. But, after reading your comment, it appears that you are insinuating something. I hope you are not. If you look closer, you will see people slamming other people for their stand on issues. Is that ok?

Since, we're on the subject. I guess it was ok for two people to slam JS when they posted his pic on the website? Right?

MOD 28 is a hypocrite for leaving those two posts on JS. What, a Colonel has better standing than an Officer?

Dieselcop, you have inhaled to many diesel fumes, just shut up. Good work MOD
