Chief Urged to Keep 2 PAL Officers at Simpson Park

"PAL is not a luxury, it's a necessity," said Yvette Foster. "We're not looking at numbers. We're trying to keep our kids out of jail."
Parents all over are trying to keep their kids out of trouble, but they don't have special assigned armed officers teaching them how to play basketball and helping them with their homework like the northwest community of Lakeland.
People in the audience found a good listener in Boatner, but they weren't satisfied...
Yeah, well...welcome to our world. When you can find him, he pretends to be listening intently. He is a master at knowing how to say exactly what you want to hear. But nothing changes, Nero continues to fiddle while Rome burns.
