Morale

How's the morale at CPD. Good or bad what's the cause. Just the facts please.

Bad

It is generally "ok" but slowly getting worse. Leadership is prime cause.

I would say lack of leadership paints a more clear picture. You have a handful of supervisors sgt. and lt. that work hard, but cannot be leaders, but instead are forced to be managers. This comes from the top down and a disconnected Command Staff who does not listen to the troops in the field and when confronted by the supervisor's or lt's on behalf of the troops, they are quickly dismissed. This action then causes lt., sgt, and ofc, to just march on until the tide washes out the old and brings in the new.
