Crime rates for Pegasus/UCF Housing

I'm a LEO in Broward and the parent of a student attending UCF this year. The stories i've heard about the problems at this housing complex are disturbing, any information or advice would be most appreciated

Its not as bad as the news makes it out to be. They just put a fence around the whole complex so that will help. Besides its safer to live where we patrol than out in the county because there are alot more of us to patrol a smaller area of jurisdiction.
