Chief Missed Funeral and Swearing In

Its really not a big deal that the Chief did not make it to the funeral, as far as im concerned. The day andrew was sworn in, the chief didnt even walk across the street to participate. Major Baker played the role of chief, and all the pictures of his swearing in day had the Major, NOT the chief. So as far as Andrew is concerned, im sure he much rather have had Major Baker be there as the ranking official; in fact I dont believe the Chief even had the decency to introduce himself to any of the people that were sworn in when he missed it.

the fact is ,that the pos had the responsibility and moral obligation to be there. he has used simpler excuses to hurt people for less of an atrocity
