Great idea and I will try to get a team in there, but the International Police & Fire Games are at Disney that week which many local players/teams are attending. Aug 18th-22

Sorry. I was only asking because it was posted in this post about his illness and that people were asked to take part in the games. Have not heard anything about how well the games went, his health. Again, sorry

reponse:

The games went great and all had a wonderful time. The support was tremendous and we really could not have asked for anything better. Mike had a great time as he coached both his old softball tema that came down and his new LPD softball team. It was fun to watch as he enjoyed the day.

As far as how he is doing: Mike is a strong person that has vowed not to give up on getting better. He is tired from time to time and we all hope for the best. Please just keep him in your prayers and thoughts.

Thank you for asking it just shows that we are all brothers and sisters in this profession and care about one another more than just a working relationship.
