hiring process

I have recently applied with your agency and have been told there is hiring every month. I have several years of experience and know the background takes sometime. Is there a large turn over causing a monthly hire. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks and be safe.

We normally do not have a high turn over rate in law enforcement. We have had though, a lot of people retiring. Hope that helps

It does and thank you very much. I know Ammendment 1 has hurt alot of agencies and I was a little surprised about monthly hires with Polk.
