Bicycle patrols

How long before we have a bicycle patrol course? Pretty sad when you can get behind a 28' twin engine patrol boat without any training, but need a 40 hours bicycle course before you can ride a bike on patrol. Go figure.

I got training. Its called the boating safety course and dont forget FTO.
