Off-duty pay

I am conducting a comparison of Bay Area L/E off-duty rates in order to possibly suggest an increase.
Please assist me in telling me what your off-duty rate of pay is.

Usually around 30 per hour but it can vary from 27-40 depending of who is paying for the detail..

I believe in January 08 it did go to $30 minimum per hour.
