Off-duty pay

I am conducting a comparison of Bay Area L/E off-duty rates in order to possibly suggest an increase.
Please assist me in telling me what your off-duty rate of pay is.

D/S pay is $25/hr, Sgt is $27 and Lt is $29... There is a $1/hr admin fee and a $2/hr fuel fee per detail. Minimum of 3hrs pay per detail, regardless of how many hours are worked.
