Hiring freeze

Is this true, is there really a hiring freeze, I have past several steps to become a MDPD. I'm now waiting on my background results. But I just learned that Miami Dade is haulting the hiring as they are looking at Budget cuts , etc., Any word on this?

Don't expect to be further processed until October, the start of the new fiscal year.

takes over a year to get on so don't stress it. if you are being processed the process with continue. no new apps being taken at this time.
