New OT policy

You can work a total of 32 hrs in a week OT, but now you will have to have prior approval in writing to work the last 8 hrs (on a case by case basis). Okay, lets see. Pay is bad, but lets make it harder on the officer to work extra duty to make a living! What is wrong with FWC leadership? It is not a problem for them when they are making 100K plus! Morons! And they wonder why the troops are disgruntled!

Lets clarify, if the troops are disgruntled according to HQ it is not their fault, but the Lt's fault. So, lets blame it on the front line supervisor!
