Whats with all the IA's going on around here? It seems like if you fart in public you'll be the subject of an IA.

Maybe I over looked the fact that a certain Deputy was not mentioned in the latest IA article (Highlands Today). Why is this? D/S Dettman was the whole cause of this ordeal, but she was not mentioned. Other deputies were thrown on the porch, again, but she walks away with nothing on her hands. Still wondering why??

Is there some reason that Dettman is untouchable? Even the news paper will throw everyone elses name out there and keep her name out of it. She is the whole reason for the IA. If they had posted the entire IA report in the news paper, everyone else would know that she did what was alleged.

Trying to figure this one out. Let's see.........three deputies are disciplined for discussing an IA BEFORE they knew an IA was in progress. One gets counseled, one gets a formal warning and the third is given a formal reprimand. Then the subject of the IA comes out clean even though statements would lead a prudent person to believe that Deputy Mosely and the UC had been comprimised. Go figure. Who's your daddy? Your IA guy needs to go back to school and learn how to conduct an UNBIASED and legal IA.

She's been doing several upper people for a while now its common knowledge. Its been known on the level now for months and shes not the only one.
