"I have felt your pain. As I stated in my post, I have the scars to prove my standing up to the plate.
That is what it will take to change things. If no one stands up then nothing changes, but there are always consequences. Supervisors will be upset that you are causing them work. Nothing is easy.
Ladies and gentlemen if you want change you have to fight for it and stand up for it. Nothing will change just because you want it to. That is called leadership. Unfortunately not all supervisors are leaders, I wish they were.
I will end the rant here or I might say something I would really like to say.
Remember the old adage "Be true unto yourself."
