FDLE Step Pay Plan

I am currently certified in FL and looking into FDLE as a possible career move. I have my B.A. in Communication and am working on my Master's in Public Administration.

Does FDLE have a step pay plan, or is $45/50k to the starting and ending salary for an FDLE SA?

Any respectful replies would be appreciated.

FDLE does not have a step plan. Unless the kooks in Tallahassee give a cost of living increase, one can stay at that rate for years. FDLE is also on a 28 day/ 160 hour work cycle. That is also a killer. Also the first day of work cycle starts on a Friday, not on a Monday. More on that if you decide to apply, but I heard no new hiring will take place. I like my co workers and the agency, its the outsde world which is the killer. Good Luck.
