No! And Maybe the County isn't for you! There's always Sweetwater, or West Miami those departments hire anyone even convicted fellons.

Or if you want to put gold in your grills you can go to opalocka or miami gardens. Another option is to learn Spanglish and apply at hialeah only bad part is you have to renounce your U.S. citizenship and move to hialeah.
