It is an outrage that someone is raped. However, even if there was a unit dedicated to picking up everyone on a probation/parole warrant in the city, you'd need to hire another fifty officers. This isn't like a judge let him go on a violent felony bond and the next day he did what he did. The article even says he had no prior history of sexual assault. So, this is just the Sunsationalizer catering to the law enforcement-hating public again.

Hopefully, this guy will end up tasting some of his own medicine over the next 20 years.
