I'm glad Lowe made Sgt. Hell the few times he was acting-OIC he did a really great job, and I enjoyed working with him. Sure as hell can do a much better job than some of the other supervisors!

That's bull. Lowe did study. That's why he passed. If that was the case how come the others didn't pass. If you don't want to pass the test go ahead and don't study for it. He barely passed the test anyway. It's the geniuses who think they know it all and don't study. That why they wonder why they didn't pass. Check it out dude SS was higher than AL by more than 15 points. That's not an almost.

SS outscored AL by 2, but I dont think anyone studied very much, as SS told me he didnt want to come south due to gas prices so he stopped studying, and AL didnt study as he worked alot of the youth fair. Either way AL will get the south spot and if they do something with SM, SS will take the north spot.
