Why doesn't FWRI have their own vessels at marinas, so they can do their job instead of relying on L/E to tow a signal 7 carcass?

The trick to towing a sig 7 manatee is to be able to get on plane without losing the dang thing!!! LMAO

Just don't let folks see you do it. I did that once in the St Lucie River off of Stuart. The phones almost rang off of the wall at the Jupiter Office. Worst a$$ chewing I ever got from a Major. It was fun though, especially when it hit a wake

pretty sad when there is a non-sworn division of its own to deal with the manatees! That's what they get paid to do, even if it's little. But, why bother when L/E will respond! Goes to show you, the hippie tree huggers run this outfit.
