Can someone honestly without sarcasm tell me the way shift bids work? I knonw its some kinda tier thing but is it by the order your hired or your badge number? Or is there really no method to it?

it was founded on a method of distribution of experience, utilized every 4 months, but has been abused , used as harassment etc., never worked, whats really the difference between 3 years and 5?

Stop bashing the rookies. You are the idiot. Here are a few advices to all the rookies, do not drink the Kool-Aid its bad for your health. Don’t sleep around with your fellow officers and don't kiss a** because you will not get any respect from anyone. Have respect for yourself and do your job to the best of your abilities. Keep these advices in mind because you just may become a supervisor one day.
