I didn't hear the Chief speak. What is his position on the cut backs? The funny thing is that Hurley spoke oppossing any cut backs on Police positions. It was him and the Chief who proposed it to the Cabinet back on April 28th. Now all of a sudden Hurley is speaking against it. Hurley is good about playing both sides. Go Chuck go.
