How "top heavy" are we?

Don't you guys think it is strange that our ratio of officers to supervisors (LT's and above) is less than 3:1.

Oh yeah, and what's the deal with the call numbers H1 - H10. Does this stand for "Hidden" and receiving a Major's salary since you are in the hunt club?

H- for receiving high risk pay for retirement and a majors rank.
