no, they use talk that involves messing with other cops.

They use 10 codes and signals - there is something coming in the next year or 2 that will require everyone to go to plain talk, but until then...

they are more into throwing cops under the bus.

i think we should stick with 10 codes and signals but that all law enforcement agencies would have to utilize the same. it is a fact that it takes last air time which equals better officer safety!
