According to the CM's report from May 9th, LA and GE report, "In 2006 2,103 people were killed in vehicles equipped with safety belts; 1,301 of those killed were not wearing safety belts."
Where did these occur? Pinellas? Around the State of Florida? Nationwide?
Fluff piece, but clarification is needed. Who provided the stats? Show the Commission and Manager that you can do proper research and give credit to the source guys. Thanks.
