MPD Asst. Chief Darling who became the Chief of Police of School Board gave his buddy Capt. Blom the stab in the back after hiring him as a Major as of June 30. He fired him for wanting to make changes and bring the School Police to respectable status. Darling sucked in the City and is destroying the School Police. With friends like Darling who need 29 subjects.
