Lets got back to summer 2003

B shift C Roberts
G Smith
C shift B. Ades ie (best Sgt ever)
Kurk
D Shift Marty L.
R Jelks
D. Edes
D. Perry
A Shift L Quick
K Reamy
K Leach
S. Cain

At this point and time with the exception of Marty and Duke who weren’t all that bad we had great Sgt’s who stood with us against the Adm. ie (the Quick IA that went away). Since then the D.B made Major P.S made Captain and anyone who could build a motorcycle rack had been promoted. It goes to show you what five years of having the wrong people in charge can do.

lets talk about supervision, the key word there should be vision however the only "vision" short fatboy Lt and his raft riding Sgt have is for thier "special" shared female officer, as far as the rest of the shifts officers the only "vision" they have for them is to destroy and/or hold up thier future and how about that midnight Sgt who is in love with that female officer as well, this is a guy who will follow you around, call your sgt on you (like gradeschool) and then tell you what a good job you are doing. who is giving these fags thier rank? between building picture frames, snitching, lying in formal IAs, screwing peoples future, having mood swings like a bleeding hooker and lets not forget about the ss style third floor so called leaders who could not lead tinkerbell to disneyland...............real nice and everyone wonders why we all have to hide behind screen names...........it is the only way to speak without getting spanked !!!!!!! these are also the same homos who keep getting away with this b.s.

If you put this much thought into your daily job and stopped being so negative you may become a supervisor yourself. Then you can show all the other current supervisors how to do their jobs right. Obviously you think your the man for the job so try some action instead of talking. I'm betting you'll just keep talking.

The promotion to SGT in any law enforcement agency is one that should be done with INTEGRITY and IMPARTIALIATY.

THE REALITY at FMPD is that the process has been reduced to favoritism and chronyism. TWO bi-products of a negative promotional process, that produces law suits and puts the wrong people in positions of MANAGEMENT.

HOPEFULLY in the near future this hideous process will be ceased, under a new regime of a OUTSIDE POLICE CHIEF, that will bring this department into the 21st century like FORMER CHIEF HANSEN started.

a CHIEF that will promote thru impartiality, diversity, and last but not least OFFICERS who are EDUCATED (ie 4 yr college degree for starters and not a GED OR JUST A HS DIPLOMA)

NOW YOU GET BACK TO SOLVING THAT BABY BRIAN CASE AND THE BONES CASES!! YOUR LAST CHANCE ON PROVING YA SELF BEFORE YOUR BOOTED BACK TO PATROL!!

WE ALL WILL BE WAITING (obectivity)

YOURS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT

PROXIMITY :o

Hey, I agreed with you, but I'm going to have vote on Maj. Baker to be the next police chief of Ft. Myers. The Dunbar community loves it! Plus!!!I like him. He and my boyfriend, Anthony Thomas, loves to eat my pumpkin pies! Isn't that right, Maj. Baker? Let that man get a chance to be the next leader for your police department; everyone needs a chance to shine, and this is his time! DeezNuts were you at? Come back home, Deez.
