how are things run at the Hernando County Jail

I currently work in the Orlando juvenile detention facility and are thinking about moving to Hernando County. Can anyone give me any advice on the quality and the working environment. Over at CCA. I've seen the pay is not really that good, but my living expenses would go down considerably. Being able to live with family. How is the overall quality and work environment and stability of working there thanks a lot guys. I look forward to your help. Brian

I think things are run very well at the Hernando County Jail. The Warden, Warden Stewart is very staff focused and truly cares about the people that work there. Do you have any specific questions that I may be able to answer?
