Need advice from fellow LEO....

Would anyone out there leave the department for a bigger one? i.e.. MDPD or BSO.. and if so then why?

OH hell yes ! IF you have the chance do it. First of all the advancement is greater. the benifits are better and the pay is better.plus MDPD is one of the best in the nation and is looked upon as such. Im 58 ive been retired for 4 years , and i know. GOOD LUCK
