The Tampa District Office is pleased to announce the hiring of former agent Sam Funaro. This will be a huge addition to the office. Sam's innovative detective skills should be a great asset.

Way to go Sam!!

Most people currently with ABT were hired after Sam left. Sam, like most of the agents from the former Sarasota office, were virtually unknown by others. Woody was the exception and probably the only one who traveled outside of Manatee County.

Well it is obvious that you have your facts quite wrong. For your information Woody was the biggest horse shit artist this agency ever had. Woody did nothing for 25 years and had cob webs hanging out of his ears from simply sitting at home every day. You should all follow his example as that is all this job is worth.

While it's true, JW did a great deal of goofing off, he was also one of the best. He could buy dope when others were trying to figure out what dope is. He was great in gambling cases. He propbably worked on more emergency orders than have been done since he left. Having worked with him a number of times, I just wish we had some like him now. It seems the only type agents we have now are cry babies and whiners, especially the ones right out of college..they already know everything about everything and could learn volumes from someone like Woody! But you can't teach common sence.

WOW! Looks like no one new JW at all. JW is and always will be the biggest wind bag the agency ever had. Emergency orders? JW never put together one case in his entire career. If you ask him he will tell you how he manipulated the system for his own gains............watching tv all day and mowing the lawn. Get a grip people.

Your insane reply

Please take a few minutes to check the course offerings at your local community college or adult learning center. The course you are looking for is "Reading Comprehension." I stated Woody was known and traveled outside of Manatee County. I made no reference to his work ethic or value to the agency - you did that.

Sounds like he knew how to make the job work for him. Goof off, work a little, goof off, work a little. While he may have manipulated the system, when he worked he did a great job. He worked on a lot of good cases as the u/c, with a case agent putting the paper together. How do I know? I was there for some of them.

He left once he will leave again. Too bad ABT has to keep recycling the big idiots.

Way to go Sam!! ABT is lucky and smart to hire Sam back. He is a hard worker who learned like most of the "unknown" Sarasota agents to
MYOB. He is is good hearted guy, smart and does not have a mean bone in his body.

Everyone that was in the Sarasota office was top notch! An office where everyone actually got along and there was no back stabbing like every other office.
