Who knows who is on the uniform committee? When is FWC going to move from the 1970's and allow a crew neck t-shirt instead of a v-neck. Next, what color? Well, our uniform is tan and so is the ballisitic vest. So, what about tan? There is a frickin committee for everything, but we all know nothing comes from them. There is no communication, maybe well get it on this site! Probably will, as it doesn't cost the agency anything.

Noticed folks are wearing a new pair of water patrol shorts out there, similar to that of the BDU's. Guess the uniform committee gave the go ahead on that. Oh ya, by the way does anyone except management know who is on the uniform committee. Didn't think so. Communication, communication. There is none! or at least it is not filtered down.

Try asking your LT. Or would that take to much effort?

Our LTs don't know either. What, are they too suppose to guess if a change was made and then ask about it?

Your Lt. tells you he does not know but will find out. He finds out and lets you know. It is actually a very easy concept.

Great comeback, yet misses the point. Our captains don't know either. Do you want to go further smart guy?

Wow,
I am impressed you pushed this small matter all the way to your Captain and he was unable to find out the answer and respond. Maybe we should pull all cell phones from supervisors as they do not know how to use them. This question should not take long. Maybe you should use this as an example of how your chain of command is unable to answer your questions. Complain to your next level how your front line supervisor cannot answer a simple question.

There should be at least one person in your region on the committee. But it really doesn't matter because only what the people in Tallahassee wants matter. Rifle racks where they are and the tilley hat.. come on. Do you really think the officers picked that?????

Think uniform committee can push for some polo shirts or T shirts to wear on patrol. It gets hot when you are not in AC your whole shift.
