USF ST PETE UNIFORMS

Why do they not wear the same green as Tampa? All navy blue would be even better if they are a different entity.

It's all about budgets, prioritizing what needs to be spent where on what, and the head guys decisons on the priority of it. Does USF St.Pete sitll show up in court with a goofy uniform and everyone looks and asks, " who are you with, the forest rangers? Ufortunately yes. Dark blue or black uniforms are police colors. It's also about an intimidation factor, is green really an intimidating uniform? That's why swat teams wear all black. No, especially the ST.Pete uniforms, which are really generic looking. At least the yeller stripe was removed from the uniform pants.

It would be nice for morale if USF ST PETE goes to all blue. Maybe their Chief would consider changing to a real professional looking uniform. They do not have too many people to buy for. It would be good for the troops. Maybe GALL'S or MARTIN'S could help them out. I hope they change those uniforms to something more modern looking.

Galls would be a lot faster then Martins, but I think the Usf Admin. doesnt care and won't support "real police looking uniforms." They are still trying to get Rockey the Bull put on the USF pd patch. Go Bulls!

They have plain green pants, without the black stripe like we have at Tampa, but a khaki shirt and a really dumb looking baseball cap. They look like parking enforcement with guns.

The beer belly is optional.

They should change their uniforms to the same as we have in Tampa, and remark their cars like ours to. Who needs navy blue? I think our setup looks great.

HERE , HERE, UNIFORMITY.... ALL GREEN BUT PREFERENCE TO BLUE LIKE REAL TRADITIONAL POLICE OFFICERS. MAKE A CHANGE ..... CHANGE THOSE PARK RANGER DIGGS.

Actually Our (Tampa USF) Uniforms and the cars look pretty good. Baseball hats or any hat for that matter .... ahh no thanks.

St. Pete has the same pants as Tampa (green/black stripe), shirt is tan and olive green for shorts...Hat is the same as FHP. For that matter it should be all one dept. not two different admins....
