Conflict of Interest

Hi,
If you are a police officer for MDPD can you also be a private investigator? Or is this considered a conflict of interest? Please advise, I have to make a career choice and need some advice.

Some local agencies allow you to do PI work as long as it is not within that jurisdiction. Having said that it would seem that you could not do anything in the county.
You better check from our legal to be sure.
