Bad Police Work

I was working the U/C bike detail the other day in the middle along with several other PO's. We were trying to stay stealth and catch these guys.

All of a sudden we see 4 uniformed PO's on bikes waving at everybody like they were in a parade. At first I said maybe they don't know about the detail. Well, guess who they were? RAM, BR, AV and PA.

And then they have the audacity to question why we have not made an arrest.

My brother. Haven't you realized it is all smoke and mirrors here?
This is not a real Police Department to do that TYPE of Police work. The Brass can TRY and show support in being that TYPE of Police Dept. But what it comes down to, is the element we work in. Step back, take a deep breath, and look around deeply at the city WE work for. VERY PRETTY HUH? So sit back and wave and smile, jot down your citizen contact, answer your calls, AND arrest and ticket only the only the approved CRIMINALS/VIOLATORS of City Hall/MBPD Brass.
