Wow!! Never before have I seen anything like this. A chief actually trying to rally his department to vote on a PBA contract. Say what you want, this was clearly an unfair labor practice. The Chief did not actually tell us how to vote but everyone who attended his meeting today and yesterday Know which way he wants us to Vote. You see their were lobbyist in the groups that were secretly spreading rumors such as:
1) We will not get anything if we vote no!! (not true)
2) We will be dissolved and wackenhut will take over if we vote no!!
(come on)
3) We will merge with PBSO and they will put us on midnights! (get real)
Its time we all stand united. Lets not let a worthless superintendant, and his puppet named chief to do this to us. Stand together and vote NO to the proposal.
