Budget reductions

Does anyone know anything about the budget cuts?. How about somebody from the union step up. We are not hearing anything from Tallahassee.

What is the Colonels position on cuts and layoffs, did he make any announcemments?

Has Ag/law offered cuts?, if so do they involve positions and people?. Is our colonel doing anything to protect us, if so what?.

When was the last time you looked on People First??? If you look closely, you will see that there are several positions open for hiring that need to be filled. That is a good sign. He must be doing something to protect us!! :twisted:

Ag Law will not have any positions cut. We will continue to hire until we are fully staffed. This is due to Commissioner Bronson being an elected cabinet member. No one can tell him to cut Officer positions. He has said no LEO positions will be cut.

Wher the heck is the union, the colonel has made a bunch of promises that he says will happen....they never turn out to be true :oops:

What union? Oh you mean the PBA. the union who promised us alot of #$%^ to get us to vote them in. This ratify the contrct vote going on now is BS. I know we aren't getting a raise this year, but how about making some changes to the contract which is minimal cost. It would improve moral at the least. PBA is a joke and needs to be voted out. They as always make alot of promises they can't fulfill.

The colonel and the and the budget people GAVE them up, yeah I mean just quit on us. Everyone knows that he is the commish's boy, so what the hell is he good for if he can't even get him to do it. The people in Tallahassee are going to have to answer for this. The squids in the know said it was a deal with Liford and Teri Rhodes. She hates cops, she was steversons bit$h.
